Mobsteria: Rise to Power (the "Game") is operated by JRichards Limited, a company registered in England & Wales ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Game uses a Mobsteria account, which is shared across Mobsteria games. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.
1.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone.
1.2 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, even if conducted by others.

4.1 Game mechanics, outcomes, and probability systems are designed to be fair and are determined by established algorithms.
4.2 Cheating, including but not limited to using third-party software, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game systems, will result in immediate action including account suspension or permanent ban.
4.3 We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, features, balance changes, and content at any time without prior notice.
4.4 Virtual items, currency, and progress have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the game.
