JRichards Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England
& Wales and the operator of Mobsteria: Rise to Power (the "Game"), is
the data controller responsible for your personal information and is committed to protecting
your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your
personal information when you use the Game. The Game uses a Mobsteria account, which is
shared across Mobsteria games. By using the Game, you consent to the data practices
described in this policy.

- The app store processes payment information according to their Privacy Policy
1.6 Cookies & Local Storage

- We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking
1.7 Communications
- Support emails and correspondence
- Feedback and survey responses (if you choose to provide them)
1.8 Anonymous Usage Analytics
To understand how many people are actively playing — including players who have not
created an account — the Game periodically sends a small, anonymous "ping". This contains:
- An opaque random device identifier generated and stored on your device. It is not your account, name, email, or advertising ID, contains no personal information, and is not linked to your account. You can reset it at any time from in-game Settings, which replaces it with a fresh, unrelated value.
- Your app version and platform (web, iOS, or Android)
- A coarse progress indicator (e.g. whether you have prestiged, in broad bands) and whether you are signed in — used only in aggregate, never to identify you
We use these pings solely to calculate aggregate active-player counts and retention
(such as daily and monthly active players). The raw per-device pings are short-lived: they
are rolled into anonymous daily totals that contain no device identifiers, and the raw rows
are deleted on a rolling basis (within 90 days). This analytics is optional:
it is off if your browser or device signals "Do Not Track", and you can turn it off at any
time in Settings (see Section 6.7). We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or
cross-site tracking.
