Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Mobsteria account and its associated data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and the two ways to do it — from inside the game, or from the web without the app installed.

Two levels of deletion

• Erase Rise data only — removes your Mobsteria: Rise to Power game progress and unlinks this device, but keeps your Mobsteria account open so you can start fresh or keep playing other Mobsteria games.
• Delete account — permanently closes your shared Mobsteria account across all Mobsteria games and removes your associated data. This is the full deletion described below.

How to delete your account

From the web (no app required)

1. Go to account.mobsteria.com/account and sign in.
2. Open the Danger Zone section.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

From inside the game

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to Cloud Saves → Danger Zone.
3. Choose Erase Rise Data or Delete Account and confirm.

If you can't access either option, email support@mobsteria.com from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.

What is deleted

When you delete your account, your sign-in credentials and personal information are permanently removed. Game progress tied to the account is deleted. Where a record must be retained to preserve the integrity of related data, it is tombstoned and anonymised — stripped of any information that identifies you — rather than kept in an identifiable form.

This cannot be undone

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. There is no retention or grace period — once confirmed, the account cannot be restored and deleted progress cannot be recovered.
